What areas do you service?
We build extensions and provide creative living spaces to Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton, Tewkesbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe, Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Oxford, Monmouthshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. What is a garden room?
Unlike an extension, a garden room is an entirely separate room. It does not require foundations, but we may need to survey your garden. Certain garden room sizes may need planning permission. Speak to our Cheltenham team about the needs of your installation.
Will I need planning permission to add an extension?
That depends entirely on the size of your extension. If your designs are over half the size of the original house or within 2 metres of the property boundary, then yes, you will have to get planning permission.
In most cases, permission for a single-story extension is not necessary. Terraced and semi-detached homes can make additions up to 6 metres without planning permission, whilst detached houses can now add large structures up to 8 metres without permission.

Do you work with architects?
Yes! We often work with architects when planning extensions, especially on larger projects. We know that single storey extensions are often within permitted development, but homeowners looking for a second storey extension will need to get planning permission, and this is aided with architectural planning.
