Contact UsDo I need planning permission for a veranda or pergola structure?
In most cases, verandas and pergola structures fall within permitted development rights, meaning planning permission is not required. However, this can depend on the size of the structure, the nature of your property, and whether you live in a conservation area or listed building. We will always advise you on this as part of your initial consultation, so you can proceed with complete confidence.
How long does installation take?
Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. However, because these are outdoor structures rather than full extensions or conservatories, they are generally quicker to install. We will give you a clear timeframe before work begins so you know exactly what to expect.
What maintenance is required?
Very little. Aluminium does not rot, warp, or corrode, and the colour will not fade over time. An occasional clean is generally all that is needed to keep your structure looking its best.
Can I add heating and lighting to my outdoor structure?
Absolutely.Outdoor heating and lighting are what transform a covered structure into a genuinely usable outdoor living space. We can arrange for external electrics, heating panels, ambient lighting within the structure, and low-level patio and walkover lighting as part of your overall project.
Can you also carry out patio and landscaping works?
Yes. We are a multi-skilled team so can offer patio laying, hard landscaping, and garden landscaping as part of a complete outdoor living space project. This means you have a single point of contact for the whole project rather than having to coordinate multiple contractors yourself.
