Are aluminium conservatories more expensive?
Each conservatory is fully bespoke, so it’s difficult to price compare. Once we go through our design and consultation process with you, you’ll get the most accurate estimate.
Can I use a conservatory as a living room?

How big can a conservatory be without planning permission?
In the UK, a conservatory can generally be built without planning permission if it meets certain criteria: it must be no higher than 4 meters, no deeper than 8 meters for detached houses (6 meters for others), not cover more than half the land around the original house, and have eaves no higher than 3 meters if within 2 meters of the boundary. For listed buildings or properties in designated areas, additional restrictions apply, and planning permission may be needed. Always verify with local authorities for specific regulations.
Are aluminium conservatory roofs weatherproof?
Yes! Our aluminium conservatory designs are crafted to withstand the elements, and aluminium is naturally durable and resistant to corrosion. We also use glass roofs instead of polycarbonate roofing – a glass roof is longer-lasting and will stand up to the elements much better than polycarbonate – it’s less likely to be damaged or scratched. It’s possible to have tinted or self-cleaning glass.
