If you are looking for a traditional Conservatory or Garden room, we would suggest a Timber product, especially if you live in 'Areas Of Outstanding Natural Beauty' (AONB) such as the Cotswolds / Malvern hills.
The Little Conservatory Company partner with experienced craftsman who produce made-to-measure hardwood conservatories. All conservatories are available in a wide range of styles and finishes to suit both contemporary and period properties.
Whether it's a traditional style conservatory for a period property or a stylish contemporary conservatory for a modern new build here at TLCC we offer bespoke hardwood conservatories which are finished to the highest standards.
Using only the finest grade hardwoods we take the time to listen to our clients to fully understand their vision and purpose for the conservatory, so we can then design and build the perfect hardwood conservatory to meet these requirements.
Our wooden conservatories are built only from the finest grade hardwoods such as Sapele, Idigbo and Oak... Also, with advanced glass technology and powder-coated Aluminium trims, the days of the conservatory being far too cold in the winter and baking hot in the summer have now gone. Our hardwood conservatories can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.
Our designers can help with every intricate part of the design including carved wood features, bespoke ironmongery, decorative finials and more. Your hardwood conservatory can come in almost any configuration from P Shaped / T Shaped / Gable Fronted / Lean-to and more. Our most popular conservatories for space tend to be Edwardian / gable-fronted and lean-to. However, if you are looking for a completely bespoke shape/layout we can help. The price of your conservatory will depend on space, size, styling and other features.
Finally, since our supplier 'Country Hardwood' manufacturers to order - we can also design and produce timber windows, doors (including sliding bifold doors) to match the design of your new conservatory and your home.
We are able to handle the entire process of a conservatory build - from the initial designs and concepts using 3D CAD software (to help understand how your conservatory will look and function) through to assisting with planning/building notices (if required) and finally all construction work.
In fact 99% of the time we save our customers time and money by bringing the entire process under one roof. It also makes the entire process hassle-free for our customers!
In most cases, planning permission is not necessary for a conservatory because adding one to your home is usually allowed under the new 'permitted development' rules (subject to certain conditions).
Terraced and semi-detached homes can make additions up to 6 meters without planning permission whilst detached houses can now add large structures up to 8 meters without permission as demonstrated. (The red shaded area on the diagram used to be the previous 4 meter limit, but this is now 8 meters (as of May 2019)).

Demolished old conservatory and built new one including new foundations. Extreme care was taken throughout the job and the work was completed to a very high standard.
Paul was very thorough in doing his work, checking everything to make sure we got what we wanted and to avoid any confusion. Even during the build he would ask us before going ahead with anything that had alternatives. Very impressed, and would certainly use his services again.
Went above and beyond for total satisfaction. Did extras to complete the job. Polite and well mannered at all times. Would thoroughly recommend.
Can't fault Paul and the rest of The Little Conservatory Company at all. The staff helped with confusing jargon and I had my new bay windows fitted in a couple of hours since everything went so smoothly. What's even better is that they were the cheapest in town too. I will be using them again very very soon.
Prompt pleasant and great work.

Paul and crew did a great job fitting our conservatory and patio area, all the team worked really hard, respected the house and all worked to a high standard. Paul and John, in particular, are both great guys and did a cracking job, I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
Paul did an excellent job quickly and on time. Many thanks again.
Completed a small job as requested have asked him for a quote for a larger job. Very happy with results. Nice polite guy.
Very happy with our new conservatory which was fitted over a weekend - which is unheard of in the building trade. Excellent quality and the wooden effect window compliments the original house design perfectly.
Very friendly and reliable quick to come and do the job.
Had a new composite door fitted yesterday and I am so happy with how it looks! So much better than the old wooden one and it seems to be warmer too! Great work.
